Design partnerships · organizations that decide by market

Start a pilot

Get a written account of what your decision market implies, what supports that reading and what remains unknown. For an organization that decides by market, Eidos reviews the first window at no charge: scope the proposal before opening, file supported findings during trading and deliver a memo after close. The memo recommends clearer specification and evidence for the next window; it never recommends which choice to approve. Traders start with Pro in the app; agents start with the MCP guide.

How a pilot runs

01

Scope one window

Choose a decision and the questions you need answered. Agree on the market comparison, participation measures, execution checks and available evidence the engagement will cover.

02

Review it before it opens

Work through the choices, objective and terms before trading begins. Identify what delivery depends on and what evidence to collect. This review is delivered as part of the engagement.

03

Analyze the market while it is open

Read the market comparison, participation and applicable detector findings while the window is open, then again at the close. Each instrument states its evidence and limitations, within the engine coverage agreed at scoping.

04

Take delivery in writing

A written interpretation of the conditional comparison, the supported analytical findings and their evidence gaps, and a memo on how the next window should be specified and evidenced. Depth scenarios and flow metrics appear only where their inputs support them; available structured readings accompany the memo.

05

Plan ongoing coverage

Use the first window to agree on recurring analysis, reporting and monitoring needs. Ongoing engagements are scoped and quoted individually; the App provides the shared decision record.

Tell us about your next decision

Share your email, organization and the decision you want to examine. The address, the note, this page's name, and the time are the only things stored — the privacy page is the contract, and nothing is sold or shared.

The first window is reviewed at no charge. Ongoing engagements are quoted to the agreed scope. For self-serve analysis, Pro pricing is available on the App’s billing page.
